APPLICATION
FEE: A non-refundable fee which the apartments charge to
cover the cost of verifying the following information on your
rental application; credit history, rental history and employment
verification. Average is $35
SECURITY
DEPOSIT: The deposit is refundable upon move-out, depending
on the condition of the apartment. Most deposit amounts depend
on the size of apartment you're renting and usually range from
$100.00 to $300.00.
CLEANING
FEE or Administration Fee: Non-refundable. Fee is due upon
move-in. It is applied to the cleaning/redecorating of the apartment.
Average fee is $50.00.
PETS:
Many communities will accept pets under 20 pounds with a deposit
ranging from $200.00 to $300.00 per pet. Larger pets are accepted
at some communities but with a higher deposit. Also,
some communities charge an additional monthly "pet rent" ranging
from $10.00 to $20.00 per month per pet.
UTILITIES:
You will have to pay for electric, and at some community's gas
& water. Local phone and cable TV is also additional. Basic
phone service is around $30.00 per month and $45.00 for basic
cable TV.

If you are moving here WITHOUT A JOB or UNEMPLOYED at the time
you turn-in your rental application, many communities may charge
an additional two to three months rent upon move-in. This doesn't
include the above fees mentioned.
